Spring Hockey 2008

Spring  Hockey

Registrations for Spring Hockey are now open.  We plan to field both a Varsity and a Junior Varsity team this Spring.

The JV will participate in the High School League at Center Ice.   The Varsity will be playing in a Spring league at Addison. The season consists of 10-12 games.  All JV games are at Center Ice, with most games played on Sundays. All Varsity games will be played at Addison. Our plans and fees are predicated on having sufficient players and goalies.   We ask that everyone who is interested in playing return their registration forms or sign-up via the website as soon as possible so we can get a good feel for our numbers.

Practice Times and Tryouts

The evaluation dates for the Spring are:            Tuesday, March 18^th          7:20 – 8:40 pm          Center Ice

                                                                      Tuesday March 25^th           7:20 – 8:40 pm          Center Ice

Practices  will be:                                            Tuesdays     7:20 – 8:40 pm   Center Ice      April 8^th through June 10^th                 

                                                                                                                                       (No practice April 1^{st -}  Spring Break)

Games

Both leagues have roughly 10-12 games (one per weekend) and end in mid-June.

Fees

Spring fees are $450.  A $50 payment is due on or before evaluations on March 18^th.  The remaining fee of $400 is due by the first game on April 6^th.   A $10 discount is available if you register online and pay the Spring fees by Paypal before evaluations.[*]  New spring jerseys are included in the fees. USA hockey insurance is an additional $35.  Anyone who does not already have USA hockey insurance for the 2007-2008 season through another club must purchase this insurance.
