Coach Dyson has been involved in hockey as a player, coach, and official since his childhood in Buffalo NY. He has played hockey for 27 years including four years at West Virginia University. There is no place he would rather play hockey than on a frozen pond on a sunny winter day.

Coach Dyson is an ardent student of the game and he is a specialist in designing team systems. He stresses a team-oriented approach where hard work and fun are an integral part of the equation, and each individual strives to improve in order to make the team successful.

Coach Dyson lives in downtown Chicago with his partner and public relations agent Mara Berkland. He is a partner in a telecommunications consulting company and when he is not working or playing hockey, he enjoys cooking, golfing, and travel.
